I have to tell you what sold me on the program. Three years ago my weight was out of control, and I knew what I needed to do. Less calories in, more energy out = weight loss. We all know that, but for some reason, we are not always able to do it on our own. I joined Weight Watchers. I lost 50 lbs. I went from a 12 to a 2 and got my health under control!
